Great heavy strings

Comments about D'Addario EXL145 Electric Guitar Strings:

This strings are awesome! Some guitars may need to be set up before putting this set on, but I have a guitar that didn't need it. The only flaw is that Standard tuning, Drop D, and half step down tuning has a lot of tension. If you use any of those 3 tunings, you'll get great and precise intonation, but it feels like your strings will break any second. You can go down to C# Standard, C standard, even to Drop B no problem. This is great because I use those tunings a lot. If you use low tunings, GET 'EM!! I've had them on for 3 months, and their still in great shape. Never tune up with these. I bet the'll snap. Use a capo instead.
