Comments about D'Addario EXL120 Nickel Super Light Electric Guitar Strings (3-Pack):

these strings are great. They sound good and since they are thin they are very easy to play. I recommend these for someone with a floyd rose tremolo because they can stretch easily. I have never broke them yet so thats good. overall, great strings

    Best sting out there

    By Curtis Alewine

Comments about D'Addario EXL120 Nickel Super Light Electric Guitar Strings (3-Pack):

I have been playing over 30 years and I have tried them all. These are the best. I play lots of steel bending licks on my tele and I have never have breaking issues and the can handle the rock too. They are smooth sounding on my strat.

Does your guitar beg for performance?

    By Robert Ledford

Comments about D'Addario EXL120 Nickel Super Light Electric Guitar Strings (3-Pack):

These strings bring out the best tone and sustain. They can easily perform " Classic Rock Styles " ,and also sound great on a " Country guitar". My Telecaster says they are just fine!!

Torn between 3 and 4 stars

    By Michael Ford

    from Ringtown, PA

Comments about D'Addario EXL120 Nickel Super Light Electric Guitar Strings (3-Pack):

First, the good - these strings sound amazing and stay in tune very well. They take very little break-in time and have out-of-this-world tone. Now, the bad news. These strings break easily. I've read other reviews that state they last forever and can bend to Timbuktu and back, but, I'm not experiencing this. I'm going through about a set a week, primarily with the E string. I'm not hard or abusive, but I do bend. Also, I'm religious about cleaning them. Having a Floyd Rose makes it quite the task for changing them. The E breaks while the other strings are still like new, so now I have "extras" for all the other strings. Even if they came with an extra E, the breaking still will cause quite the inconvenience.
