D'Addario worked closely with top manufacturers to create a light gauge set of strings for electric baritone guitars. They can also be used on a normal scale guitar tuned down to B or C.

Some of the music I play is very "heavy" and I've used many strings trying to get it to sound tight and defined. D'addarios baritone light, stay tight even on normal guitars. My 25.5inch scale length axe stays in tune and deadly with these strings. They also last a long time, feel great, and sound bright and defined even with the lower tuning I play them with, Great Strings!!!
