  • Not For Me. Never Using Again.

As reviewed by Patricia Hutchison on 1/6/2014

I've always been a person that will use anything once or twice before reviewing. So upon receiving my latest guitar, it came with these strings on them. I generally play a lot of fast metal type songs and riffs. I immediately noticed that they feel just weird or wrong under my fingers. The strings just feel wrong and they seem to not hold the notes as long they die faster. I've used a many companies, like Ernie Ball, DR, SIT Strings, And Fender Strings. These are so far the lowest on my scale. The notes die fast and when I solo, I bend A LOT, and the G and the B strings de-tune themselves after every two big bends or so. So in my opinion, Bad strings and not worth it, use a different company for better results.

  • Best Strings I've Had

As reviewed by Nightbreed on 6/20/2011

I am in love with these strings! I used to use Ernie Ball Super Slinkys, but they never really sounded right. Plus, they take forever to get broken in. These, on the other hand, sound amazing. They're really bright, which helps balance out the tone of warm, dark guitar. And, they break in quite easy, and stay in tune very well.

  • Best on the market.

As reviewed by K.P.Moore on 6/3/2011

I change my strings alot. Tuning, bending and at times beating the poop out of them, makes for a hard life for strings on my Fenders. These strings live up to to a very tuff life. I am shocked, a long life! A bonus, they are the best sounding I have used in my 40 years of guitar playing. They also stay in tune, keep the tone perfect. I tried them all, now I know who makes the best.
