  • The Best Classical Guitar String for the Money

    I played a one hour performance on friday night with these strings and it was definitely one of my best ever. I played Bach Prelude from Lute Suite 4 (the Frank Koonce Transcription) and Giuliani's Grande Ouverture and it was one of my most polished performances ever. Use these strings over hard tension strings and reduce your practice time in half.

    If you are fortunate enough to have a well made resonant Classical guitar these low tension strings are a great option . The emphasis these days tends to be high tension strings that are louder , clearer , etc. , but with a really fine sounding instrument these strings bring out a lovely natural and expressive quality .
