Great Value Overall

Comments about Cordoba Fusion 14 Rose Classical Guitar:

Perfect purchase. I was looking for a well rounded guitar to carry on when traveling or for small gathering with friends, and this guitar fits the goal really nicely. Great balance, and tonality both when picking and playing chords. It lacks the robustness and depth of my Takamine sitka spruce on solid rosewood, but in this price range I couldn't find anything better. I also heard about problems with the 14 fret vs. the 12 fret when hammering the lower registers, but I didn't notice anything wrong; maybe they fixed the problem. Minor imperfections are found on the seams and lines, since it is high gloss all over, but again it's not a Taylor 800 series...Also, I considered a Taylor 214 and played it before making this purchase. The overall value was the deciding factor.
