The Cordoba 20TM is a tenor size ukulele that features a solid mahogany top and laminated mahogany back and sides. The natural wood pattern rosette and satin finish make this a truly beautiful instrument for the both beginners and ukulele enthusiasts alike.
This uke is fantastic, it's perfect for finger size, the action is low, and the frets aren't scrunched up making chords smooth and easy. The sound resonates beautifully. Pretty too. Only down side would be the tuning pegs are a bit strange, other than that, no complaints. This being my first uke and after searching and playing all types this was the best for me, great for someone starting out on uke.
This is my second ukulele from Cordoba and it's just as good as my first one. My first ukulele is the 25SK and does not get any better then that for the qaulity and price. As for the 20TM Tenor I'm just as pleased with the looks and sound as my first Cordoba ukulele. It's staying in tune really good after long playing. All solid mahogany wood on the top,back and sides. No laminated wood on this ukulele. Not to bad for a hand made instrument at such a great price.It's quality made and I would recommend this ukulele for anyone. The gig bag is good and should keep it protected if you store it properly.
I bought a Lanikai soprano uke for my daughter this past Christmas so she could play it in her elementary school class where she's student-teaching. She learned a few chords while in Hawaii last summer so I thought it was a good idea. Wrong! Now "I'm" uke crazy and bought a Cordoba tenor uke online thru the Guitar Center which I love. The tone is fantastic...the finish a silky smooth-to-the-touch feel...and the case is exceptional.
