  • Fine Ukulele

As reviewed by Jay Lansman on 3/19/2011

I purchased the 20TM-CE from Guitar Center a couple months ago and really like it. The action on the fret board is excellent;it is flat from the nut to the bridge. Very easy playing for all chords. I am also inpressed with the workmanship, very smooth finish, well built. It plays like a high end uke at a great price. I highly recommend it.

I all started back in 2004 on a trip to Hawaii, I fell in love with ukuleles, I bought a cheap one, those you buy on the hotel lobby and such. Years passed, and I wanted a ''real'' ukulele. One day just browsing around my local Guitar Center I came upon this beautiful Cordoba 20TM-CE Ukulele, I just stayed there playing it for hours at the store and after about 4 hours I asked told one of the clerks that I wanted to put it on lay away. It took me 3 months from my allowance to pay it off...And oh boy the day I finally took it home...WOW. It's just perfect, professional, beautiful, elegant, perfect sound, it blew me away. I extremely recomend it to anyone who is starting to play this beautiful instrument or is a ''pro'' at it. Congrats Cordoba, it's truly a master piece.

  • Nice sound, nice price.

As reviewed by John on 9/6/2011

I bought this uke to use in a band, so the pickup was a big part of my needs. It works pretty well, but when ammplified, it is a little "boomy." Still sounds like a uke, but needs a little fine tuning of the EQ to get it to blend. Easy to play (I use a guitar tuning so I don't have to re-invent the wheel) and it makes a nice addition to the ensemble sound.
