Hey, ive been playing bass for about 2 years now, and unfortunately, im very clutsey. so, i decided it would be in my basses best intrest to buy a case. Now here was my issue: I have a Fender Percision, a Gibson EB-3, a Gibson Thunderbird, and a B.C. Rich Warlock. Which one I use depends on what we are playing at practice that day, so i needed a pretty versatile case. I saw this one and decided to pick it up. I suggest you do the same. I've dropped it I don't know how many times, and none of my basses have ever gotten damaged at all. And heres the kicker, neither has the case! They all also fit snuggly. great buy.
I got this case as an xmas gift. Used it to take my bc rich bich web edition to and from guitar class. Then 1 week before my final it was in the trunk (well the seat was laying down to help it fit, but 80% was in the trunk of the mustang and then a truck came plowing into the back of the mustang which totaled the mustang, pushed my guitar partially through the case (60 mph no breaks I'd expect nothing but splinters) but my guitar didnt even get a scratch some how. so I'm going with coffin case for the rest of my guitar days.
I bought this case to have a hard case that is universal to all my basses since all have a slightly different style and I'm not rich enough to own a special made case for every style bass I own. Very cool and a attention grabber!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It looks like a coffin I'm carrying and the bass stays put inside the case. Like other reviewers have said I think it might not fit a warlock but nothing hardly will except a case made for them. One of the reasons I don't own a warlock. but my Fender, Ibanez's and Schecter all fit fine without a problem. Great case and it even locks.
