These ear plugs are great. They provide just the right amount of protection from loud volumes that would hurt your ears, but allow you to hear as much as you need to play to your full potential. It doesn't impede what you hear, just brings it down to a reasonable volume. These things last a long time too, just wash them every once and a while and their good to go. Great price, and easy to use. Good for guitar also.
