One tough pick!

Delrin XL is a very tough material. It produces a brighter sound than Clayton's acetal/polymer picks, but not as bright as their Ultem Tortoise. These picks are flatter, with polished edges, no injection tabs, and imprints that LAST!. Color coded for easy indentification.

A Perfect Pick

I round one corner of the pick, about 3/16 radius, drill 7-3/16dia. holes, one centered, 6 equally spaced around the cente hole, then scrape each point on the top right side of one side, about a 45 degree angle, the turn over and do the same. The use very fine sandpaper to polish the edges. This pick works wonderful. The same procedures works on other material and thicker picks also.
