Scott Fore's many contest victories include the South Carolina State Flatpicking Championships (2003), the National Flatpicking Championships (2002), the Doc Watson Guitar Championships (2002), the Galax Old Fiddler's Convention (2002), and the Wayne C. Henderson Championships (1999). He teaches flatpicking master classes throughout the United States and has recorded a self-titled solo CD.
