I have paired up the VUE 4.1 with the VUE 3.1 for my parties and they work great together. The VUEs work well when you have a high ceiling because that are bright and can cover a large area, but not too bright where if feels like someone has turn on the lights. I use the VUEs on 2 light stands to the left and right of the DJ booth. I would not recommend this light for low ceilings and would not put two of them on one light stand b/c the combine output could be too much.
