The full-featured Chauvet SF-9005 Timer Controller includes 8 on/off/chase switches, 2 chase options with timing for 20 seconds to 15 minutes, 16 patterns of sound activation, plus fog and strobe controllers.
I just got this controller yesterday and we hooked it up and it was really easy to set up. So the chase feature isn't the best but it is great. So we just got it for a gig and I hope to see it be really easy to control while messing with the mixer at the same time. So in the end I would say if u want a somewhat cheat controller this is the one to get.

Works well and the sound active mode is really effective with PAR can lights. There is a small software bug in that the #1 outlet comes on sometimes when the unit is powered down. I have to power it back up again, cycle the circuit #1 switch, and the power off again to re-set it. Considering the great job the unit does otherwise, this is only a minor annoyance and could also be defeated by an external switch placed upstream of the whole unit.
