WOW Saw this online and checked out the videos online and thought I would give this a shot. Man am I glad I did. This is far superior to some of the lights I spent MUCH more on. I am going to get at least 1 more of these lasers.
This is a great laser. The patterns are entertaining and the sound activation is right on. Better than lasers that cost 3 times as much. Easy to mount on a photo tripod. I use this and the AMDJ micro glaxian together for a great laser show. Highly recomended.
I?m a mobile DJ & recently sold all my lights in order to upgrade to L.E.D. So since I only got bout 200.00 for them I started off with an Agressor & a Vertigo Tri-Led., I?m happy with both. Along with those I got 2 Big Shot strobes. Now, I?m the kind of guy that does some serious research on what I?m buying and had in mind of buying The Micro Galaxian Star. When I walked in to the showroom they Had this Chauvet lazer on and moving with the beat of the music. My first impression was WOW dats a nice lazer.then I thought It will be more than the The Galaxian for sure. Then to my surprise it was Just a bit more plus I had a coupon baby! Well without doing ANY research I bought it! Used on a gig the next day and it complimented My other 2 lights very well. It has great coverage and was used with and without fog and it was awesome. The only reason I wont do 5 starts its because I noticed the remote isn?t very responsive to the commands. Also it does not have a traditional hanger bracket. They provide u with some cheap tri-pod and a flimsy little bracket. Now I?m going to exchange mine for another one thinking mine was defective regarding the remote access. Bottom-line it?s an awesome light and you will be happy with the performance. I will also be buying a special bracket to make it more sturdy from my T-bar.
