The Chauvet LEDsplash Jr. is a full RGB color mix PAR can made up of 86 highly efficient, super-bright LEDs. This 4-channel DMX-512 controllable washlight can features red, green, and blue color groups (44 red, 21 green, and 21 blue diodes). Each color's intensity can be controlled individually to create a large range of different colors. The LEDsplash Jr. can operate in standalone and master/slave modes in addition to DMX.

Little Lights with lots of punch!

These things are great! I own 4 of them so far and plan to get a bunch more. I use them for for everything from rock shows to weddings and party lighting. They are great for rock shows because they can change any color and have a strobe function. They draw almost no power so they are great for those clubs that only have 1 circuit for sound, lights, and the bar freezer. You can control them with DMX or set them to a color which is great for room lightiing at a wedding or party. I keep a few of these lights in my trunk incase I end up at party that needs some work with the party lighting. I've even run them off my cigarette lighter in my van because they draw so little power. The only thing I don't like is that the automatic chase function only jumps from color to color and doesn't fade from color to color. if your doing room lighting with these then you have to leave them on 1 color or the color changing gets annoying. And as far as brightness goes in comparison with regular par cans. I use these with the par 38 cans with 100w-150w bulbs. If you have bigger wattage cans you might want to go with the full size COLORSPLASH those match up good with 300w par 56's. Overall a great product that no band or lighting guy should be with out!

Great little Light

These are Great little LED lighting fixtures, THey are probably equivilant to a 75w bulb, with all the LED's on. The only problem with the fixture is the colors aren't even. Since the green, blue and red LED's emit lights at different angles, red Halo's are produced around the perimiter and intense hot spots are created in the middle. That said, there is an eay fix, just throw in a diffuser or filter(easily found here or on ebay). THis will even out the light, it will also spread the light some too, decreasing the hard edges, but it makes for a great wash.
