Forget about heavy, fragile blacklight cannons-this LED-powered blacklight weighs under 5 lbs.

The LED Shadow DMX blacklight combines high portability with the low power consumption and longevity of LEDs. It is fitted with 192 ultra violet LEDs averaging 100,000 hours of operation. The diodes are enclosed in a sleek, 2.5" thin plastic and aluminum panel. Total weight is less than 5 lbs. The Shadow offers three channels of DMX control dimming and strobing capabilities as well as the activation of preset programs. All functions can also be triggered in stand-alone mode via dipswitches.

LED Shadow incorporates two sturdy brackets (for clamp and wall mount) and one extra power output to daisy chain units. For a more complete mobile show, this distinctive blacklight can also be linked to the LED Techno Strobe featuring all white strobing LEDs and the LED Techno Strobe RGB with full color mixing. All three fixtures are capable of performing chasing patterns.

Amazing!

I don't have a DMX controller yet. I like this so much I am going to get a second one and a pair of 'techno strobes.' After much apprehension, I decided to get one. No regrets! Thanks for a great product! I thought it was a little bit pricey at first. But take this into consideration: Will you have to replace any bulbs? No. Will you have to wait for it to cool down before you power down or take it down? No. Have an edge above your competetion. Even Martin and other top-name products do not have anything this price effective. LEDs are the future. You aren't really paying more. Save electricity. Save money, by not having to replace anything. If you continually run this, they say that you can run it for 100,000 hours. That's 11-1/2 years STRAIGHT. How quick will you burn through your bulbs? The dip-switches are a little bit of a pain in the butt to manage, but if you are using DMX, you are set. Set-and-forget.
