I've had it for a couple of years now and I still use it to this day. It gave me a great foundation for understanding the basics behind scales and modes when I first started playing. I picked this book up as a reference tool, but since my purchase, I have learned so much. I have been playing guitar for 17 years, but never knew theory. This book has helped me to understand what I have been playing and enabling me to break some of those bad habits. Bottomline, this is a must have for beginners to the most advanced players. Great product!
I've owned this book for only 3 days, and already I have all 5 positions of the Pentatonic scale, as well as some new knowledge on theory and chords under my belt. This book is very helpful to beginners, like myself, who are just starting to look at scales and actually taking an in depth look at theory. Extremely useful reference tool.
