I recently purchased the Bugera 212 cabinet from GC in Mishawaka In. and I must sat that when connected to either my Fender Blues deluxe or the Bugera Vintage 22 the sound output is exceptional. I have yet to try it out with my Bugera 30w 2-12 combo yet but I am sure it will please as well. I must agree with other reviews that the speakers at first are a tad bit shrill when first played but when you start playing heavy feedback through it the cabinet settles down into a great warm sound in fairly short order. Every guitar i own sounds amazingly good played through this cabinet and the price is unmatched for the quality received from this product. When parred up with the Bugera 2-12 combo amp it looks like a nice stack style amp seet-up which is also a plus. I would tell anyone looking to expand there smaller combo amps with this cabinet to do so the sound out of this cabinet is very good to start with and I'm sure will only get better with age. With the stereo/mono capabilities and the ohm switching there isn't a amp head or cabinet out there this thing can't work with. Thanks to Bugera and Guitar Centers for keeping it real and affordable.

I don't think you could ask more from the insanely low priceۡ_ A cab at this price with switchable ohm, stereo and mono input with two 12's?!!! The Bugera styling is a bit odd with faux leather wrap, sparkly grill cloth and tiny gold piping but the construction seems good (basically transported it only twice so farۡ_ to rehearsal then to a gig.) It's lightweight, seems solid. When I first played through the Bugera (with my AC15CC as the head unit) it was a little shrill on some settings (made the Distortion coming from my BOSS ME 20 have a more defined 'bouncy' digital quality) but when set to Overdrive or Metal the cab delivered a nice low end presence! I wouldn't say very defined but it felt good to balance the clarity of my Vox with some nice bass. After hearing the pronounce digital sound (which the Vox and broken in Wharfdale does a good job of transforming for the better) I decided to break-in the Bugera. Not wanting to rip my ears apart, I wrapped the cab around the back and sides with a dense comforter, placed a large couch pillow (at an angle to the grill) and opened her up playing for about 2 hours full throttle!!! The Bugera can deliver massive presence and seems to be losing that high tightness. I used the Bugera cab for a gig this past weekend and it felt good to 'feel' the notes played if and when at times it's difficult to hear over a hard hitting drummer. With so many options at handۡ_ Stereo capability, switchable ohms and 12's you can replace later down the line (if so desired)ۡ_ It's a fine upgrade for a musician on a budget ANDۡ_ I believe given some break-in time, the Bugera will only sound better.

Great Option if you are in a budget, if you play metal read this!

Comments about Bugera 212V-BK 2x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

Well I bought this amp exactly because was in a budget, this amp is awesome if you play hard rock, blues or rock like the foo fighters and you are running in a budget, but for playing metal here is the deal: if you are a lead guitar take another option, for rhythm guitars is great. I used in this cabinet an Orange Dark Terror and the Marshall DSL15H using a Schecter 7 strings with EMG 81/85 so I would recomend you to save a little more and buy a cabinet for Metal styles like Marshall 1960, Mesa, Laney Ironheart... In my band we use this cabinet for the rhythm guitars.

Comments about Bugera 212V-BK 2x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I went from a bugera 4x12 to this just for the size difference and i love it. I was worried at first because I was always use to that great 4x12 sound. I'm not saying that it sounds the same but I love it. I use this cab with the 1960 infinium for great blues and classic rock tones.

A very solid built cab with the sound of a 4x12 cab and handle the same power but lighter to carry from gig to gig, another great bugera product at affordable prices, thanks bugera.

    Well Worth The Money

    By Shannon McDowell

from City Of Tone State of Nirvana

Comments about Bugera 212V-BK 2x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I bought this used from the GC in Indy, and I bought it on sight unheard. The $ was too good and it would have been snatched up quickly. I had to wait for the amp to come off the seven day police hold (Indiana law for used gear) and I was apprehensive about the quality because it was so inexpensive. But when I finally got it home and plugged my 100w Carvin head into it, I breathed a sigh of relief. Solid, crisp, clear, and no vibration. The speakers are a little on the treble side, but not unpleasant and easily compensated by adjusting the EQ. All in all, a great cab. And it's just as load, perhaps louder, than my 4x10 cab I use on stage. I am going to try it out on my next gig. It's a medium sized club and it should work fine. And, if a drunk falls into it and ruins it, I'm not out big $!

Comments about Bugera 212V-BK 2x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I bought this 212 cabinet a few weeks ago. And I'll tell you it has some killer sound paired up with the Infinium 333 head. Its a very durable cabinet. You have to take the handle off the top of the cab to set the head on it but all in all 2 thumbs up!

    Bugera 2x12

    By Rich Bourque

    from Linden, MI

Comments about Bugera 212V-BK 2x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I have used Fender/Ampeg amps exclusively over the 40+ years of playing. This is the 3rd Bugera product I've purchased with great results. I also have a Bugera V-5 and V-22 combo which I've used this cabinet with. It really brings the V-5 to life and increases the V-22's sonic field. I primarily play jazz and was a little skeptical at first but was introduced to the brand by a friend and decided to take the plunge. Also have a Fender Deville which I have yet to try this cabinet with. For the price, you can't go wrong.

    DOA arghhh

    By Michael Landstrom

    from Sumter, SC

Comments about Bugera 212V-BK 2x12 Guitar Speaker Cabinet:

I had a Behringer amp many years ago and sent it back for a vibrating speaker. I bought it on impulse because it was very inexpensive and I thought what the heck. Guess what..same deal with a speaker that actually sounds like its fallen apart in the center of the cone. Part of tolex was missing at bottom but that was no big deal until I plugged this into my Blackstar and warmed it up gently. At very low volume I could hear the right speaker rattle and vibrate. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was skeptical about buying this, but I read alot of reviews and it seemed decent for the price. It's a great looking cab, but that's about it. I guess we all get lemons here and there but beware!! On a up note, Guitar Center was very helpful about the return.
