Guitar for a young child

By Eddie aka Flood

from Brooklyn, New York

I brought this guitar for my little cousin as a gift. My little cousin always wanted to play the guitar and her mother couldn't afford it. So, I checked out the guitar myself and I could see this is good guitar for the price and it is not the most perfect guitar because when I tried to do pull offs at certain strings and at certain frets; it does not have enough sustain. I had to admit this guitar does have the volume and it is quite beautiful. It sounds good when I play the national anthem and the blues progression. The bass is quite deep in tone. So, I think that it has a well balance tone on all strings. I did replace the old strings and put on the Red strings. The bridge can get a bit to get used to install new strings. Even though, I don't have to worry about the losing the pegs that hold onto the strings. For a beginner and for someone who is on the budget, this is a good guitar to start with. I would recommend this guitar to my friends.

Biggest Bang for your buck.

By Parker Ficek

from Rocklin, California.

I just bought this guitar from my local guitar center the first day it had been in. The sound was somewhat tinny with strong mids and great harmonic response. The action needed no adjustment and it played almost as fast as my les paul. The satin finish makes the guitar play fast and feel great under your hands. I wont say this guitar is better than any other but see if you can try one at your local store. NEVER BUY STRAIGHT FROM ONLINE!!!
