I bought this a little over 7 months ago, its amazing. I browsed everything there, even some high end Taylors and some Martins. I must say the clarity and tone of this guitar really made my head spin. I have never heard of this brand but the quality of the guitar and the sound speak for itself. Pick up one of these soon, once this brand catches on they wont be this cheap ever again. Also some acoustic/electrics aren't very loud unplugged, however that is not the case with this guitar, plugged it in and it sounds even better. Not easy to fret ultra fast, but what acoustic is. During harder playing you really have to mash the strings to edit out any vibration, the frets could be filed down just a hair in my opinion.. overall great guitar, def and intermediate level guitar.

This is a good guitar, but for what it is it should only cost about $600 or so.
This guitar is a decent guitar, but is way overpriced for what it is. It has a thick, polyeurethane finish and laminate sides, same quality there that you would find in a $300 Ibanez. The best thing this guitar has going for it is the solid top and the LR Baggs electronics.
This guitar is decent, my friend owns it that I play in an acoustic act with. It gets the job done with no problems, but I think that $1000 for a guitar made in Korea is too much
Almost $1000 for a Korean made guitar?! You can buy Takamine or Ephiphones with a solid top made in Korea for 500-700. Or better yet, the Seagull Entourage or Coastline for 500-700 that is hand-made in North America. (canada).

Greta Guitar

Comments about Breedlove Atlas Series Studio D25/SMe Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Overall, I love this guitar. I find myself spending all of my practice time on it. I am sure my others are getting lonely. I would recommend this guitar to anyone.
So I went out to buy a guitar on Black Friday and I played a Breedlove Passport Plus C250/SM. I took it back the next Tusday. I have mixed and heard many great sounding Breelove's in the past and I decided that I went the cheap route. I order this Atlas D25/SM and from the first strum I realized that it was leaps and bounds above the Passport Series. This guitar is easy to play and easy on the ears. The L.R. Baggs Element is awesome. It does not replace their DI but it does a great job none the less. The notch control is really helpful in tight rooms
It's a Breedlove, so it's well built. Not much more to say on that.
I believe you get what you pay for, but I think this guitar is priced much lower than other guitars that get the same quality sound. And so you know, I don't mean the same sound but the same in quality. A Taylor is not going to sound like a Breedlove but it might sound as good. In this case it would if you par $500 more

so i went to guitar center the other day to jam out with my friend. I decided to look at some acoustic guitars and i picked up a BreedLove guitar. i simply strummed an Am Chord. after many uses with a Taylor guitar i've found this guitar is not very different. i'm looking forward to buying this guitar soon and i reccomend it to anyone looking for a good acoustic guitar.

What a GREAT instrument

Comments about Breedlove Atlas Series Studio D25/SMe Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Plays like a dream. Sounds like a dream. I play mine through an SWR California Blonde and get the sweetest acoustic tones I've ever heard. The laminate sides would seem to be the only negative...but I honestly can't tell the difference between this one and the full wood models I've played. The LR Baggs onboard electronics are unbelievable. If you want a great quality acoustic at a somewhat lower price than Taylors, Martins, etc...do yourself a favor and buy this axe.

D25/SM

Comments about Breedlove Atlas Series Studio D25/SMe Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

For the money, you just can't beat this guitar. String action is low all over the fretboard with no fuzzing. The tone is a bit "deeper" but will give you a great sound when amplified. Just a tad weak when unplugged. Quality is superb. The satin finish on the neck is smooth as silk, with no sticky feeling to it. The neck, for an acoustic. is fast. My all time favorite and is my Keeper. A very underated guitar. Try one, you'll see.

Comments about Breedlove Atlas Series Studio D25/SMe Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

Picked this guy up just recently. Associate at the store recommended this one over the Taylor. I had expected to leave with a Taylor, but after playing the Breedlove, found the action to be softer, tone to be warmer and overall construction and features to be a cut above. Great purchase. Highly recommend this guitar.

Solid Guitar

Comments about Breedlove Atlas Series Studio D25/SMe Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I bought this guitar on sale about a year ago and it's absolutely awesome. I've played a few gigs with it and it sounds great plugged in. It's kind of quiet, but very dynamic in terms of volume. The Grover Tuners are really sweet, this baby never goes out of tune. I live in MI, where the weather can be harsh, i bought a 7 dollar humidifier and its lasted without any warping even though i forget to refill the water once in a while, but maybe thats because the sides are not solid wood. for the money, it's a really good guitar. I think Breedlove is really underrated and anyone who wants to buy a fine quality instrument for the first time should definitely check it out.

Beautiful sound!

Comments about Breedlove Atlas Series Studio D25/SMe Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

I picked this up the other day after returning a Taylor 114. I own a Breedlove AC25 with Fishman electronics, so I knew the quality of the guitar would be great but was sure of the LR Bagg electronics. I am a believer now though! Plugged into the house system and spent no more than 10 minute eq'ing it and it sounded gorgeous! Nice full bodied lows and crisp highs. Plays as well as Taylor's and Martins that cost double or more. I don't know why I rolled the dice on that 114, but am sure glad I came to my senses. Breedlove is onto something! The Grovers are nice and tight and hold a tuning really well. I love the Breedlove saddles too where the strings pass through instead of being held down by pegs, so smooth. Side note: I was about to get a hard case with it but then I saw the bag. The bag is NICE. Heavy duty with backpack straps to boot. This is a good thing too because The guitar is a little tight for one of the SKB Freedom cases I had sitting around.
