  • awesome guitar

As reviewed by Mike T on 2/14/2011

I've owned this guitar for approx 3 years. It's really well built and looks great. I play this guitar more than any other guitar I own. When I picked it up the action was a little high for my taste. So I shaved the bridge down a little, adjusted the truss rod a little. This guitar is my favorite now. I almost never play anything else. Very, very good quality guitar. My 410ce and my ovation legend are almost untouched anymore. I don't believe you can get this quality for the price anywhere else. You can't go wrong buying a Breedlove. If something happened to it I'd get another one just like it.

  • Great acoustic electric

As reviewed by Dave Bezinque on 12/6/2010

I have owned my Breedlove C25/SM for about 3 months now. It has the sweetest sound ever when amplified by my Acoustic amplifier. It isn't very loud when played unplugged but has very good balance and plays well. It's only shortcoming is that the action is fairly low and there is some string rattle when you pick it hard. I play a softer finger picking style so it isn't much of a problem for me. I highly recomend this guitar.

  • Its like a Hybrid Taylor

As reviewed by Steve K. on 2/16/2009

I owned this guitar and was very impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and sound. I could tell that one of the founders of Taylor started this company. This was a second guitar for me, using a Taylor 314-ce as my main acoustic. The sound of the breedlove was a little deeper and more full. It was so similar to my Taylor however, that I returned it. I was so impressed with the guitar that I order another breedlove. This time I got a nylon string from the atlas series and I'm very happy with it. I would definitely buy another breedlove, especially for the price.
