The 2012 Limited Edtion Winter OM introduces a fresh approach to a classic guitar style. Built with a solid Adirondack top with Adirondack bracing and solid exotic striped ebony back and sides, this guitar creates powerful voices unexpected out of a smaller-bodied guitar. To help you out in plugged in situations, this Limitied Edition model inlcudes L.R. Baggs Anthem SL pickups. The guitar is further complimented with a koa binding and a mosaic pins inlay. The peghead features a striped ebony overlay with a mother-of-pearl Breedlove ‘B.’
L.R. Baggs Anthem SL Pickups
For acoustic guitarists who prefer a minimalist approach to controls, L.R. Baggs offers the Anthem SL acoustic microphone and preamp system. In the SL, the balance between the Tru-Mic and Element pickup is preset for optimum performance so you can have the same great fidelity in an endpin preamp format. The preamp, with L.R. Baggs famous all-discrete studio quality circuitry, is also equipped with a soundhole mounted volume control.
The mic is mounted to the bridge plate inside of the guitar to capture the majority of your guitar's true voice in a way that only a microphone is capable of—plus it is amazingly feedback resistant. The Element undersaddle pickup carries only the lowest frequencies for punch and authority.
