Brace DWG1000 Digital Wireless Guitar System is a truly professional system that's currently on tour with many top bands. The Brace DWG1000X provides all the benefits you expect from a quality digital wireless system”full bandwidth with extended low-frequency response for basses; all the channels you need; and a super simple setup with better-than-rackmount performance.
A breakthrough in wireless technology, the Brace DWG-1000 blows away traditional analog wireless systems and gives you something cables can't: Natural tone AND freedom to roam the stage or control room.
Frequency response of 10Hz to 15kHz delivers thunderous lows and crystal-clear highs rivaling the most expensive audio cables without the static, pumping, breathing, and dropouts found in dynamics-destroying companding and other side effects of analog systems. Brace Audio's unique internal dome antenna design helps immensely for drop out avoidance and also prevents antenna breakage.
The DWG-1000 is rugged and a no-brainer to use. ALL Automatic Channel Selection and Locking transparently links the transmitter to the receiver the moment the units are powered on. Depending upon conditions, up to twelve DWG-1000 Digital Wireless Systems can be used simultaneously onstage and up to six DWG-1000-TX transmitters can link to a single DWG-1000 receiver.
Operating at 2.4 GHz, the DWG-1000 includes a declaration of conformity, so you'll never worry about your wireless being confiscated when traveling internationally and is certified for use in USA, Canada and the EU.
The best part? DWG-1000x is the most affordable system on the market allowing you to pair a DWG-1000 TX with multiple instruments onstage.
Made in the USA, Brace wireless has been on tour with Lady Gaga, The Sounds, Queen Latifah, L.A. Guns. CoQ10, Forget Cassettes, Joe Lynn Turner, Antibalas Afrobeat Orchestra, Buddy Guy, Eminem (on The American Music Awards), Sean Kingston, Toots and the Maytals, Helstar, Adrian Belew's Power Trio, The Sleeping, Willet, What's He Building In There?, Randy Bachman, Band From TV, Mitchel Musso, Over The Rainbow, Barcelona, Train, Sleeping with Sirens, Pink Droyd, RiverBend, Austin Jenckes and more.

I found the product to perform very well within its price range. The only time I noticed a weakness was when I used it in a high gain situation such as overdrive/distortion. The increased gain reveled the noisy output circuitry in the receiver that makes using a noise gate a must when using high gain. I normally do use a noise gate with high gain but I still found the extra noise to be an issue as compared to using a cable. Some users may not find this to be an issue as I have hear many guitarist play with all kinds of unpleasant buzzing noise and hiss and not seem to find it an issue. Personally I don't expect miracles but do I like a reasonably quiet rig. After comparing the manufacture specifications for signal to noise ratio and dynamic range with high end (over $400) digital systems it appears you do get what you pay for. The high end systems have better specifications but I have yet to actually test one in a high gain situation. Based on the specs I would expect to hear some improvement with regard to the noise. I also noticed that the high end systems have much greater battery life. The Line 6 G50 for instance ($400) claims 8 hours of battery life as compared with the 2 hour battery life of this product. Two hours seems a little short considering most concerts can easily require that much run time. There was little or no tonal changes noticed when compared to my cables but your own comparisons may differ depending on the quality of the cables you are using. Overall the product does what it says and if you don't plan to put it in a high gain situation it performs very well. I can see this product as an affordable option for clean (normal gain) Guitar and Bass but I would be careful with the battery life. This product is definitely not a permanent replacement for cables for rehearsal or practice sessions unless you like replacing batteries but it is a step in the right direction and could still be fun for playing live etc.. Personally I am going to wait until the cost of the higher end systems comes down or I can justify the cost.
I love this thing! For $200 bucks you have a great little system that allows you to go anywhere you want with cable tone! My friend even thought it was so great he went out and bought one a few weeks later! I can't wait to use it at my next gig!
Good clean quiet signal. No drop outs. Good range for clubs and large stages. Sturdy construction of body of transmitter and receiver. Only complaints are that the belt clips are plastic and the receiver has a male 1/4" plung end and not a female receptacle for plugging in a long cable if you need to. Makes it difficult to use a pedal board unless you leave the receiver on your pedal board....weird!
