The unique BOSS FB-2 Feedbacker and Booster Guitar Effects Pedal packs into a single stompbox a world of on-demand feedback control with expressive, versatile boost. Seamlessly morph from flat, clean boost that doesn't spoil the nuance of the original tone to an amazing mid boost for high-gain solos, or dial up a bright and clear treble boost to lighten the tone. And that's only half of the picture…the FB-2 can generate smooth and natural amp feedback as well. The FB-2's versatile tone, simple operation, and low noise are made possible through BOSS' latest technology and decades of know how.

Out of all the many pedals out there, this is the one that every guitarist should have. every effect works fine so its perfect for doing solos or to simply add some flavor on the chords . Im addicted to this pedal ! one thing thou the battery runs out quickly so either buy a better battery or plug in a cable thingy thats in front of the pedal, other than that its great, you wont regret buying it
I have been looking for a pedal that will generate a pure, smooth feedback tone without having to use a lot of volume to overdrive speakers. I thought this pedal might do it but sadly the feedback provided by the pedal took too long to develop and quickly collapsed into a whiny, screechy unpleasant tone. Not what I was looking for. To initiate the feedback you have to step on the pedal and hold your foot down continuously to maintain the feedback. Lifting your foot off immediately chops the tone off. For the money a compressor/sustainer will probably do the job at least as well, maybe better.
I saw this thing on a Youtube demo. I liked the way it sounded so I got one. The specs make every pedal sound like it's a must have but really you only need a few. I think this is one of them. I tried various places in my effects chain. The one that seems to work best is FB2, distortion, and equalizer.Of course, you have to tweek it depending on your set up. I like to use this a mid-range boost for solos. The feedback feature works great even at low volumes. My EQ is also a BOSS. I've had it since the early nineties so I'm sure this pedal will hold up just as long.
