i bought this tuner over a year ago and i love it! the tuner is great for my electirc and works liek a charm on my acoustic too! the metronome is cool to. less i have to carry around. if your looking for a great tuner get this one!!
As a complete beginner I was looking for an inexpensive tuner and metronome when I stumbled across the Boss TU-80. It has plenty of features, some of which I probably won't ever use, like the ability to use it for seven string guitars and bass guitars. If you are a beginner looking for a tuner/metronome combo, Iwould highly recommend this unit.
I was browsing my local Guitar Center recently, looking for a good tuner, and the guy at the counter recomended the Boss TU-80. The price was reasonable, and the man told me that it had plenty of features, so I decided to buy it. This tuner is awesome. It is really easy to use, the screen is easy to read, and it has a nice interface. This tuner has a built in metronome, which is great because you don't have to go and buy one seperately. You can tune 7 string guitars and 6 string basses with this thing. Overall, its just a great product. I would recomend this to anyone looking for an affordable tuner that works well.
