Amazing!!!

This is an amazing unit for any performing guitarist or someone who just wants to jam. I have owned it for about 2 months and use it on stage as well as in practice with my band. Its easy to use and set up, and it sounds great too. Really high quality overdrive, distortion, and metal tone as well as awesome effects. Its also really durable, so even if your lead singer drops it (happened to me before) it remains undamaged.

Good Piece of Work!

The Boss Me-20 is really amazing. It has 17 built in effects with a volume pedal which can also change into a wah-wah pedal. The wah is very good and the volume pedal comes in handy. it has the three foot switches with one being distortions like metal, distortion, fuzz, blues ect. the next switch is Phaser, flanger, tremolo ect. Then last there is the reverb and delay. It also has this cool solo channel you can switch too! And It's all pretty straight forward not confusing at all. I would recommend this product for begginers to intermediate but for anyone higher i would consider going for something with more bang for your buck!

Metal!!!

I've running a free pc program for processing and realized I need a new sound especially because I went from super fast punk to super fast metal. Right now I own a Boss DS-1 distortion pedal. I went to the store playing and tested everything: effects proc: rp50, rp150, pocket POD, POD 2.0 pedals: uber metal, metal master, metal core The interface is even way easier than some of the other effects processors I have played with. Nothing is more metal than this. I'm going to buy it for sure. I was getting kinda sad thinking that I wasn't going to find anything. Seriously, if skeptical, go to a local store and ask to try it. Didn't look at the ME-50, but I'm sure it's good but this pedal has plenty for me.

Sounds

I have just been sent the ME-20 and what impresses me the most about it is the overall sound of the distortions, phase, chorus, delay, and especially the Wah sound. It's light as a feather and easy to set up (because I suck at that).. I love mine! It gives me the basic sounds I need with a great wah/volume pedal.

Great Selection of Effects

When I first opened this I didn't even have to look at the directions it's so easy to figure out. It has great diversity between the 5 different distortions for all types of music. The modulations and delay effects are also great to make a unique tone. I use the built in tuner all the time to change tunings. Overall pretty good piece of equipment.
