Very beautiful sound all my guitar playing friends are asking me where they can buy a pair, and they look really cool too. I've had a lot of old timers say to me that they've never seen Black Acoustic strings before, I thought black strings would be easy to find but I ended up having to order them online after searching around my town. I play finger style and I've heard the black wears off when played with a plectrum but to credit the company there is a warning on the box. I will definitely be buying these strings again :)
Overall i would give these strings a 3 out of 5 because they sound great at first nice and lively, but every time i would pick up my guitar they would tone down. i think personally d-addario exp's are better.
These strings are the best I have ever used in sound and durability.
