Overview

The iNUKE NU3000, like the rest of the iNUKE Series power amplifiers, packs massive amounts of output power into an exceptionally lightweight, rackmountable package. Behringer's revolutionary high-density Class-D technology combined with ultra-efficient switch-mode power supplies ensures this feather-light powerhouse will drive your rig effortlessly for many years to come.

Superb transient response
Behringer spent years fine-tuning the high-density Class-D technology that gives the iNUKE Series its oomph. By carefully selecting transistors with extremely high slew rates and optimizing other proprietary parts of the circuitry, this amp reacts instantly to even the most demanding electronic bass impulses.

When this amazing amplifier technology is combined with Behringer's state-of-the-art switching-mode power supplies, this amplifiers= provides tremendous punch. And, because it is so much more efficient than conventional designs, it runs cooler and doesn't require the massive heat sinks and heavy toroid transformers typically associated with other conventional counterparts.

Sublimely simple operation
The front panel controls and indicators provide your system's vital signs at a glance. After pressing the Power button, the Power LED lights to show the amp is ready for action. All channels feature positive-detent Gain controls with Signal LEDs that light when a signal is present, as well as clip LEDs to indicate when the signal is distorted and you need to reduce the input signal.

The rear panel is just as elegant, with combo XLR and 1/4" TRS input connectors making the iNUKE NU3000 compatible with virtually any source, balanced or unbalanced. Professional twist-lock speaker sockets are provided to ensure every drop of output power gets to your loudspeakers. The rear panel is also where you'll find the switches that enable iNUKE amps to work in either dual mono, stereo or mono bridge mode. A built-in CROSSOVER switch enables the amp to operate in bi-amp mode, sending low frequency content to passive subwoofers, while the high-frequency output is channeled to full-range loudspeakers (CH1>100 Hz / CH2<100 Hz or FULLRANGE). Flick the LIMITER ON/OFF switch to activate the built-in overload protection, or turn it off if you're feeling lucky.

Value
Sporting massive output ratings, lightweight Class-D technology, an equally lightweight price tag, and all the amenities a professional audio engineer could ask for, the BEHRINGER iNUKE NU3000 amp is a serious amps for the most demanding applications.

I had purchased this amplifier to replace an aging QSC GX5. I used the Behringer iNuke as part of a component-bass amplifier rig to power my GK cabinets. If anything puts a power amplifier to the test, it would be lots of low-end frequencies driving subwoofers. This amplifier easily powered my 4x10 GK 410MBE bass cabinet, no problem! The cab is rated at 600W @ 8 ohms. I just came off 2 month cross-country tour consisting of about 40 shows. Most nights, playing 3 one-hour sets using this power amp. All I have to say is, BEHRINGER ABSOLUTELY DELIVERED. Not only did the power amp drive my bass cabinet with ease, this unit stood up to the rigours of constantly being loaded and unloaded out of the truck. It is kept safe in a gator rack case of course. Still going strong and not a single issue, my NU3000 is now powering two 4x10 GK cabinets flawlessly. Thats a total of 1200W @ 4 OHMS!! This amp shows absolutely no signs of stopping. Disregard old misconceptions of this brand because Behringer makes a great product that not only fit my needs perfectly, but also stands up to the gear-fatuiging elements of tour. This thing is AWESOME! Highly recommended.

I needed a amp to push my monitors, so I figured id try this one. It was priced right and didn't need a ton of power for my monitors. This amp failed on 4th use. It popped real loud. Loud enough for the audience to here. Im a very experienced in sound, so I should have known better than to buy a cheap amp. That's my bad, though. I wont make the same mistake again. I talked to Guitar center but there wasn't anything they could do.

Great line of amps

Comments about Behringer iNUKE NU3000 Power Amp:

People will have bad thoughts about this amp because the name thats on the front. Behringer has stepped up their game on this one though. I was using QSC 1450s 2450s & 5050s. I bought these inukes and they blow the qsc's out of the water. the fans on these things push a lot of air so you won't have heating problems, not to mention the qsc's are A LOT heavier. I run these through a DBX driverack and they sound great. Possibly the best PA buy I've made.

Comments about Behringer iNUKE NU3000 Power Amp:

I am putting together a sound system, to use for my son's rock band. I bought this amp on the advice of an online video review, due to its great performance and also the light weight, compared to other power amps. After several weeks of use, this thing rocks, and is ready to use, sounds great, and has enough power to drive our speaker system and more. I am ready to put in an order for the 4 channel model now. My only gripe, isn't with this product, but guitar centers cra ppy coupon program, I have yet to be able to use a coupon on any purchase I've tried. I always get an invalid coupon, or expired message, even though the coupon, still shows as Good on the printed version. Customer service was no help either. So please fix your coupon program, guitar center!

Comments about Behringer iNUKE NU3000 Power Amp:

This is most definitely a cheap amp, you will find little to no alternatives for the power/cost value. However it does exactly what it says and has no trouble running my 4ohm 2,400watt Peak subwoofer. At the end of the day I would definitely buy this again, however I might've looked more into the dsp version. If you're looking for cheap power this is it!

I bought this because I got tired of lugging around an older heavy Peavey amp. This thing weighs nothing and powers four monitors with no problems. Done dozens of gigs with it with no issues. Really clean and clear sound that cuts through. Absolutely cannot beat the price. Extremely simple design, even a bass player can run it lol. if you need cheap power that is dependable, here you go.

Awesome amp! Powerful, lightweight and runs cool. Very cool. I have 2 [one plays subs and other highs] and they are literally stacked on each other. I've played for 6 hours straight - at high levels - and these amps never even got warm. No durability issues or problems of any sort; both worked out the box. Both have worked ever since. Also have a behringer EQ and crossover - highly recommended!

I had a sound gig a couple months back where the amp I was using for my mains failed just after set up. Luckily, a person that helped organize the event had a relative that ran sound and wasn't working that night. 10 min later, in walks a friendly guy with one of these amps. Plugged it in, fired it up and we were off to the races. While it lacked the comfortable amount of headroom I was use to, it wasn't a huge difference, it did great! I was pushing a pair of jbl srx722s, which love more power, but, played nice with this amp. So, I purchased one for use as back-up for my mains amp.
