Luvin' It

By KK

from Tioga, TX

Comments about Behringer Ultracoustic AT108 Acoustic Combo Amp:

I've had the Ultracoustic AT108 for about a month now. I use it live, for practice, and recording with my Alvarez acoustic. It's extrememly loud for it's size and keeps it's tone well at the higher volumes. This has become my favorite amp in the short time I've owned it.

Good Sound, Great Value

By Anonymous

from Undisclosed

Comments about Behringer Ultracoustic AT108 Acoustic Combo Amp:

Bought this amp for use with Ovation acoustic/eletric guitar. For the price and wattage delivers very nice sound and plenty loud enough for practice or small settings (church, etc.). Plus has microphone input.

Great Little AMP

By wemitchell3

from Nashville, TN

Comments about Behringer Ultracoustic AT108 Acoustic Combo Amp:

This is a really good AMP for the money. Probably not the right thing for live performances but it is exactly what I was looking for. It amplifies both my guitar and my voice. It has the XLR input for the mic and an input for a standard patch cable. You can even hook up and additional line such as your stereo or CD/IPOD. This AMP is well worth the money for its size, construction and sound quality.

Great Sound at a Great Price

By S. Watson

from Palmyra, Virginia

Comments about Behringer Ultracoustic AT108 Acoustic Combo Amp:

I did not know what to expect with a 15 watt acoustic amp when I purchased this item. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent sound quality and volume. I play a small venue once a week and this small amp fills the room. The first time I played I had people telling me to turn the volume down. I highly recommend this amp to anyone who wants a good quality practice amp or small gig piece of equipment.

Good Things Come in Small Packages

By Kim

from Silver Spring, MD

Comments about Behringer Ultracoustic AT108 Acoustic Combo Amp:

As a beginning guitarist, I really tried to do my homework and research the equipment before I bought it. I received this amp and it's great...good, crisp sound and I'm able to practice my chords without disturbing anyone. I like the idea that I can hook up a headphone and hook into my cd player. For the money, it's a great bargain and you're getting a good piece of equipment with a reputable Behringer name. I highly recommend this product.

I recently purchased an electric acoustic guitar and was wanting a good inexpensive practice amp. I decided on the Behringer AT 108 acoustic amp. I must admit, this is a great little amp! It has a great sound quality and packs a lot of punch for 15 watts. It is a nice looking amp and easy to carry around. I am very pleased with this purchase.

MY AMP

By Rafael Prota

from Los Angeles, CA

Comments about Behringer Ultracoustic AT108 Acoustic Combo Amp:

This amp is good priced, light, small, and delivers a very faithfull sound. Sometimes when I'm playing, I turn it off just to make sure it's functioning. The thing is: it has such fidelity to the true sound of my acoustic guitar, and I don't put it very loud, that, I actually get messed up wether the sound I'm listening is coming from the amp or the acoustic guitar. Very nice. I gave it a four because I wanted a certain color and I got it! But out of luck. There's no way to choose the color when ordering. And I must admit the possibility that the Acoustic AG15 has even better sound because it reacts better to the low (I had the chance to play it swiftly before I went for the Behringer). The better result with the lows on the AG15 is maybe due to the speaker, but I'm suspicious it's also because of the shape of it's box. But where it tryumphs it also fails because the larger box may provide a better sound but also makes it bigger in general size and considerably heavier. In addition the AG15 is more expensive. It all comes down to what do you need. To finalize: It's a fine amp. I'm very satisfied!

Decent amp at a great price

By Sean Elliott

from Las Vegas, NV

Comments about Behringer Ultracoustic AT108 Acoustic Combo Amp:

I bought this amp primarily to use at home, and selected it based on some other reviews and because it wouldn't break the bank. I'm no professional by any stretch, but this little amp is great for me at home to get a little extra sound and also to mess around with a four-track recorder. I use it with a Fishman Pro EQ-II pre-amp, which REALLY cleans up the sound for both my acoustic guitar and mandolin. I'd definitely recommend this amp; perhaps not the best choice for playing a gig, but definitely nice for a bit of extra sound at home.
