  • Does the trick for Business Presentations & Video Conferencing

    I purchased this board to use for our Board Room and Corporate Training Facility along with a single Behringer B208D Active Speaker. The control room out signal is great for sending audio to my laptop for Web Casting. Two XLR inputs allow me to use both a wired Shure 58 and Shure Wireless Mic. RCA (Tape/CD) inputs are great for Computer/iPod/Other inputs or you can use 1/4" inputs for more control. Pan L/R gives option to play in stereo with 2nd B208D or other Active Speaker set which is not available on many boards in this size/price range. Have hooked this up to my 6 JBL G2 Eons (2-10 monitors/2-15 FOH/2-15 Subs) and works OK although if I am using for serious Music Applications I use my Mackie Board. The Xenyx 1002 Board is inexpensive, VERY portable and vesitile. Can pack everything into a small Carry-On Suitcase and take virtually anywhere including the Corporate Picnic.

  • Best Mixer for a fixed Budget!!!

    I have used this through my Marshall half-stack, and Vox Valtronics amp, and also used with home recording software. I have to tell you that this mixer can do the job. It can balance loud sounds which can be very anoying. Run it through an amp and get a better sound power, especialy with PA speakers also. With PA speakers at a club and the bass is amazing!!! I so recommend this mixer to anyone that is on a fixed budget. P'ce
