The Behringer XENYX 1202 mixing console has 12 inputs and an FX send control for each channel. Additionally, assignable CD/tape inputs have been incorporated for routing flexibility. The XENYX Mic Preamp approaches the sound quality, transparency, headroom, and even the dynamic range of boutique-style, standalone mic preamps. Behringer's neo-classic "British EQ" brings back the warmth and musicality of those '60s and '70s mega-console desks that made music history.

  • Dont let this offer pass!!!

As reviewed by Phil Wampler on 9/8/2008

All I can say is wow. When I ordered it I wasn't expecting much, but boy was I wrong. This item is perfect for the home studio that you want to get started. No it doesn't have your nice features such as 4 different effect inputs, but why would I expect that. DO NOT let this one slip by you if you want a cheap and good quality mixer.

  • Sounds good

As reviewed by Good Time Entertainment on 2/19/2010

I liked this mixer for it's small size. And I was very happy with it's sound quality. However after 1 month of use the power supply fried, right in the middle of a party, kind of embarrassing. I am going to try the next model up though because the sound was much better than the Tapco I bought to replace it.

  • No workhorse, but great for side projects.

As reviewed by Chad on 2/13/2008

For the price you pay, this is a great little mixer. I use mine for podcasting and have absolutely no complaints about it. However: This mixer should not be your main mixer for any heavy work. I've heard they crap out after a year or so of heavy use. If you need a heavy use mixer, you're just going to have to spend the extra cash on one.
