Its Alright For A Starting Band

Its ok for when u start out in a band and this is DEF. not a studio amp so many hook ups for all the wrong things. When u have to much hi and mid it makes some bad frequency noise and it sucks. the only thing good about this is probably it can keep up with a full stack if u set it right and it still won't sound like crap also the distortion is alright compaired to ne other amps ive heard with FX.

Loud with good effects.

I agree that this may not be a pro's show amp, but it is the best amp I've heard for the money. No others come close in this price range. It is plenty loud and it sounds good and the effects do a pretty good job. I think the drive channel is especially good in this amp. I also think the footswitch could use some work, but again, in this price range I don't think that is a make or break item. It just a little nuisance.

Behringer V-Tone GMX212 Stereo Combo

Its an great amp for a good price. It has plenty of effects to choose from and the sound is good. I usually set the volume between 3 and 4 and its already really loud. The only thing that I don't like is the footswitch. Instead of the effects switching when you press you foot down on the switch, they switch when you lift your foot off.

Effects On A Budget

I love this amp! With all of it's built in effects, it kinda nulls the need for pedals. It has all type of effects, wah, phaser, delay, ambiance, chorus, fill, heavy distorion, and plently more. You can choose the intensity of the effects also. I was able to create wonderful music with this amp. The sound is crisp and clear. Good prodcut.

Behringer V-Tone GMX212 Stereo Combo

Great amp, lots of effects and good analog modeling. If you are a beginner you should definantly get this, it's better than a line 6 spider at the same price range. 120 watts, 2-12" classic jensens.
