SWEET AMP!!
This amp is great for hard rockers and heavy metal. But it just dosen't have the tone for blues or rock and roll. The effects are great, but the amp styles are lousy. There is no really somewhat clean amp that you can plug a ditortion plus into. But for loud metal players it's great.

Beringer V-Ampire
This is a very nice amp, the effects that are built in are wonderful. You can even plug in a second guitar at the same time to practice with some friends. The quality is decent, just be careful with the knobs they can break if your not careful. This amp is definetly worth the money.

great bargain amp
I have the LX112, and have been pleased with it's features. Not being too picky about your sound helps, because the built-in effects are good, but won't please everyone. No one can tell in a club with the volume turned up all the way, anyway. I like not having to lug around a bunch of pedals, and the connectivity is endless; want more volume? Go through the monitor with the direct-out. I use mine with a 1x12" extension speaker spaced about 4-10' apart for stereo separation, and it kicks a$$ over a half stack. One very bad feature, has nothing to do with the sound or electronics, is the cabinet design. My amp fell face down in the truck while loading on tour, and the control knobs took the brunt of the impact: the reverb knob now only functional when pressure is applied a certain way. If you buy or have this amp, I strongly recommend that you attach some sort of guard to the top so that the cabinet will take the force of an impact and not the controls! In closing, you cannot beat the features and quality of this amp at this price range. I would love to see a 2x12 200 watt version.

I love it
I own a lot of behringer equipment and this is my favorite piece. I am a bass player who enjoys trying other instruments and songwriting. The great variety of sounds and ease of custimization with this unit really makes things fun for me when I pick up a guitar and try to get some songs down. It is pretty loud if you take the time to adjust some of the settings, though I've heard louder amps at the same wattage rating. The connectibility is extensive and all works well. The cabinet is sturdy and strong as are the speakers (after breaking them in) and I have no fears of the speakers blowing or the cabinet falling apart. The ONLY complaint I have is the delay between preset when using the foot pedal or buttons. I hear the midi foot pedal eliminates this problem, but as a hobbyist im not paying over a c-note for the thing. It is not just a delay between presets, the sound CUTS OUT for a half second between them so beware of this. Again I do love this thing but it'd be difficult to use in small gigs if you are quickly chaning presets without investing in the midi foot controller.
