Save Your Money

I have been pleased with Behringer's products and I love the 450W head. But, when combined with this cab, I wish I would have saved a few extra weeks and gotten something better. It was great for practice when I needed a little punch but after the second band practice I blew out the horn. By the fourth gig, I blew the cab out and wasn't even a third of the way up on my amp. I do not suggest this to anyone that wants to play at bigger venues or have a loud sound.

The best thing I have ever done is not buy this.

I have always been a BIG fan of behringer until i tried this cab. i had a behringer 300 watt bass head running a crate 8x10 cab and it did great. well all that was stolen from me. yesterday i went to guitar center to start replacing everything. So I turned back to Behringer. I bought the 450 watt behringer head and I'm very happy with it, but I tried out this cab and within 5 seconds i blew out a speaker at about a quarter of the way turned up. i have nothing but bad things about the behringer alumimun cabs. Everything I have heard about the paper cone cabs are good, so test BEFOR u buy. I went with a G&K backline 4x10 cab and was very pleased.

It's worth it.

I have this cab and it works very well with my Trace Elliot head and a 15. Very load and clean, if you don't go crazy. Let the P.A. do it's job.

Pretty good for the money

I have the cabs it's good for the money. But then again it could be my bass. I have a Carlo Robelli six-string bass with EMG pickups. The sound is great, but the low notes don't come out clear after about seven on the output. I usually turn my gain all the way up, and my output is at about five. Other then that they are good.

You get what you pay for

I bought this stack with the 300 watt behringer head. My thinking was this: If its heavy in weight its going to hold up. Well it is heavy, but after about two years the cab has two blown speakers and is sidelined while I play through a Peavey 1/15 black Widow (whick sounds better anyway). The head is hard to get a consistent tone out of but its loud enough. Overall Im so so with behringer but will go GK as soon as I can figure out where the cash will come from.
