A great studio tool

I purchased this Powerplay Pro unit because I have the older model and I loved it. I use this model for my recording studio in order to record a band in one take. The Powerplay Pro is a great headphone amp for the money. It allows you to send a musicians sound to them individually or to any one of the players headphones independently. I have not had any problems with this unit and it is built sturdy so it should last for a significant amount of time.

Mixed Review

Bought this unit a couple of weeks ago and plan to return in exchange for the HA4700, which will better fit my needs (4 channels versus 8, but seems moer versitle). I suggest that anyone considering one of the two available Behringer headphone amps models downloads the user manuel before making a final purchase decision. Although the HA8000 does it's intended job well, my unit has an annoying buzz in the 4th - 8th channel (potentially a grounding issue?). Unit is pretty good bang for the buck otherwise.
