An excellent project studio tool

I am certainly in no short supply of Behringer gear and usually when I mix drums, I'll mix to a stereo subgroup which (depending on the music) I'll process with an assortment of compressors, enhancers, stereo width expanders. Then I'll use a Vitualizer to "create" a much larger space for the drums. The STAGE reverb in the Virtualizer is pretty good at building a nice room for the drums. With a little tweaking, you can get a cool reflective, "wood" sound that transforms my dead booth into a bathroom. I also have more expensive Lexicons but I haven't found a reverb for drums that I like as much as the Behringer provides.

Awesome for a Practice Pa

I bought one of these two years ago thinking it was going to only be a part of my practice pa, but after comparing it to other models in the market I have found this to represent very well and have even used it in some recordings. The truth is you won't find a better rack processor for the money.

Behringer DSP20024P Virtualizer Pro

The Behringer DSP20024P Virtualizer Pro has been in my studio for 3 years now.Its pretty darn rugged, has an easy layout of controls and most of all sounds really nice. The parameter controls let you crank out tons of different sounds.Coupled with a midi foot pedal you can do some cool live performing. This product is worth a go for the $$$$ dough.
