I bought this bag to carry and protect my snare drum. I have never purchased any bags for my drums before and have just tryed to be carful with them. I purchased an expensive snare and didn't want it to get damaged between gigs. This bag has great padding and is made very well. I feel that I could roll this down the stairs and nothing serious would happen to the drum. The zipper works very well and the handles are comfortable and strong. The only thing I would change is maybe adding a small pocket to put an extra tuning key or extra parts in. I am going to order the bags for the rest of my set when I get my new drums.
I purchase this bag to help protect my new Chad Smith snare. It is beautifully made with excellent fit and finish. It has great padding with strong handles and zipper. It is without a doubt the finish soft case one can buy bar none. I highly recommend this case to anyone looking for a soft case for their drums. Buy and be done with it.
