The 74X45J B1/T1 is an X4 shape soapbar set with both neck position and bridge position pickups. It is 4.14" (105.16mm) long and 0.87" (21.97mm) wide. The split-coil design features deep tone.

This is an "original series" bass pickup with a passive design. It is cast in epoxy to remove unwanted feedback and microphonics.
