I have had this guitar for about two years and its been good up until about 6 months ago. Ever since the must have been a connection loose in the guitar and never the less it cost me $100 dollars to get it fixed. The pickups....... well lets just say they suck. If you buy this guitar i recommend getting some nice EMG pickups for it. Also this guitar has no whammy bar, so don't expect it to have one. One more thing the action is really high and doesn't get that low which isn't very good if you want to solo. Id recommend an Ibenez or a fender if you want lower action. Overall though it has been pretty reliable and hasn't been too much of a hassle, but i still say save your money.

Yeah!

By J.J.E.

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

This guitar is perfect for the itermidiate metal guitarists. This guitar has a powerful tone. For really good results, Turn the base 1/4 of the way up and the treble 1/2 of the way up. This produces a pretty nice tone.

This thing rocks

By ThreeDaysGracerocker

from Mobile Alabama

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

This is my third guitar. my first two were both Epiphones. I've played a lot of guitars and this is by far the best guitar I've ever played. The weight is a little heavier than most guitars but there'snot really any difference. It does chip easy but you just have to be careful with it.I have dropped it a few times and it's very durable. Overall it's a great guitar.

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

This is my second guitar. I think it is the best out of any I have used. The action is great making it easy to do massive shreding. The only thing I woudle have liked is a tremelo. I highly recomend this guitar. Also I recomend emg pickups. Get it, especially if you like slayer.

Dont Believe The Hype

By WildTheory

from Century, FL

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

I am so tired of people complaining about this guitar. Yes, its not an expensive guitar, so no, its not gonna be extremely durable. Don't blame it on the guitar if you can't take care of it. I got this guitar about a year ago, and i've had no problems with it at all. The tone is great. The action is great. The BC humbuckers are BEASTLY. I've played some rather expensive guitars, and i still love my warlock more. It can do anything i want it to and more, if you no how to use it. And yes, its quite heavy, but so are most expensive guitars. The weight almost makes it fell more.... metal. One of the best guitars for its price. Its not a beginners guitar, and its not an expert's guitar. It is a great deal, whether you play metal or not. And who can resist that downright sexy warlock body.

best metal guitar ive played so far

By charlie.zero

from Lima, Peru

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

this rocksssssss! i love it. i also own a gibson les paul and my friend has a gibson sg. but we agree that my baby(my warlock) can kill both guitars. has perfect sound and gain. slim neck. good pickups. the shape is sexy and is confortble once you know how to use it. for example i love to put it like standing up in my legs when im sitting. it has an opening at the bottom, so its easy. i can go faster and higher thay way. i would never sell this guitar.i love it =) fits perfect for metal, rock, emo, metalcore and post hardcore :)

B.C. Rich

By sosafan021

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

This guitar is a great guitar. It has an amazing rock-solid taste to it! The only bad part about it, is you can't really get a softer touch out of it. It's an amazing metal/ rock guitar. I use it for classic rock and newer stuff. But, i wrote a song thats softer, and i had to buy a new guitar to use it. But overal, its a great guitar!

Bow Down To The Metal Master! 10/10

By Dan R.

from Chicago, Illinios

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

One Of The Best guitars in history. I can go on and on about how great this guitar is. I got the Black with Silver paint and it definitely looks the best. The pick-ups are the hugest I've ever seen and the classic dot-inlays rock. This guitar has a nice feel to it. It has a nice tone and it's very comfortable in all ways. It looks tight overall. I can't play another guitar after this one. I worship this thing i polish it everyday and it looks brand new every time.

Ehh...

By SG Reisue

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

I'm a big fan of metal guitarist and all the jiggy but I gotta tell you the B.C. Rich guitars are not too great. Sure you get a fancy smancy guitar but its not too comfortable. But it has the metal tone to it. I would not recommend this guitar to beginners. But to intermidiate. Even so, get something better for the money like a SG, or Les Paul.

Good for the money

By A.K.F.

from Corona, CA

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

This is my first guitar and i have played countless others but they just don't feel right. I absolutely love the action its perfect for any type of shredding. The only down side I see is the amp jack. My friend and I are in a band and we do some pretty hardcore stuff but it seemed to withstand anything but one day I tried plugging in and i just couldn't here anything coming from the amp as a beginner I thought well maybe its the amp the I used my brothers amp and it still didn't work luckily i knew how to solder.long story short an almost perfect guitar.

This is the best Metal Guitar under $400

By SlayerVaifan

from Woodhaven, MI

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

I have owned this guitar for over four years. Since then I have gotten a dean with a dimebucker and a RG with a dimarzio evolution and I still go back to this guitar for most of my metal recording. I do not have the heart nor the need to mess with it at all. It's simple and sounds mean. The only thing I can say that is a negative is that it does not stay in tune very well. But for a stock guitar at this price I am amazed at the quality.

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

I own one im a seasoned musician and play many styles of music. Im not to keen on the warlock body just because personaly i think thier uncomfortable but none the less i still bought this one used at Guitarcenter Its got an ok tone as long as your playing it with no midrange what so ever but it would be a good starter and to some i know are very loyal to them. I like it and dont like it but in my unbias opinion i think its a great guitar

B.C. Poor Quality

By Seth

from Battle Creek, MI

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

I've had this guitar for about a year now. When I first got it, I guess that excitement and the fact that it was new made me overrate this guitar. Over the past year, I've had nothing but problems. Its like 13 pounds or so, way too heavy. I'm not sure why it weighs so much, but it's not at a good cost. The input "will" come loose. Yeah, you can quote me. This sucker will come out of tune after about a half hour of playing, or a single bend on the G string. The wraparound bridge does make it nice when changing strings. The "sharp" look also is a downfall, it causes easy chips all along the points of this guitar. And the body gets incredibly dirty, incredibly fast. Overall I would definitely never recommend a B.C. Rich to anyone. Much more likely to get a good guitar if you go with Ibanez or Gibson at this price range.

This guitar is liable to melt your face off.

By J. D.

from Little Rock, AR

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

Look and sounds simply amazing. I have experienced no problems with the pickups, and it is very easy to palm mute. As an added bonus, you can poke people with the slightly pointy "horns" on the headstock. You may have to buy a special case for it though, because it's to big for most cases. It may seem tricky to play this guitar sitting down at first, but you can lean it over so that the botton niche is on you right knee, it is actually quite comfortabe that way. And of course the artwork is AWESOME.

Not many features, but still great.

By Charlemagne

from North Carolina

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

My friend owns one. He had to add a tremelo, and the straplocks to his. It sounds great, and when I play it it fits my hands like it was built for me. This is a great guitar, and save for a few features, it is fantastic. Great buy, from beginner to master, though if you ARE a master, you could probably afford a higher end model of the Warlock.

Rock On Warlock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By The Great Residential Riot

from Yorktown Heights, NY

Comments about B.C. Rich Metal Master Warlock Electric Guitar:

This guitar since the moment I opened the box was my favorite I have ever played. The sound is KILLER!!! The neck is so fast. This guitar gives shredding a whole new meaning. Very Durable. The only this I would've wanted on this guitar was a whammy bar. But other than that, totally crazy. A must have for all who wish to rock. ROCK ON!
