I had been wanting one of these for a while and now it is my sixth guitar. When I opened the box I was suprised at the look of this guitar, the picture doesn't do it justice. Took it home and set it up ( action too low with ALOT of fret buzz) after that it plays like a dream. One thing I did notice out of the box is it actually has the classic cloud inlays which is way cooler. I think the only negative thing I could say about it is the pick ups are not as good as my Seymours but for stock they are still pretty good, so I think I will keep them. This one tie with my #1 guitar. I've been playing for about 6 years, hope this helps.
So I was playing with my band and we have a song were I fling my guitar around myself. Ive done it a thousand times but this time my strap broke and my B.C. Rich flew at least 20 feet in the air! It came crashing down on the ground and nothing broke on it! I was sooo thrilled to see that there was no damage to the guitar at all! Ive owned this guitar for a few years and I still love it! I no longer throw it around myself but this guitar looks and plays great! I highly recomind it for anyone wanting to play guitar.
Okay so over all this thing SUCKS. the input jack keeps falling apart and the wires kept breaking. its got a great metal sound but thats it. its really destorted when clean too. It looks cool and thats about it.
This guitar is one of the best guitars i played on. The first time i even saw it i was amazed on how good it looked. I am glad i paid this cheap price for a nice guitar.
The title doesn't lie...this is truthfully a masterpiece. The Tone is fabulous clean and distorted, plenty of controls, the action is perfect for beginners...Haven't had to deal with much except issues that I've conducted through stupidity..This guitar framework is stable, and has lasted through plenty of wear and tear...get it
I bought this guitar about a year ago and its my most played guitar. i have fender, peavey, and an epiphone and i would pick my BC Rich over any of them. This guitar is great, especially with a metal sound. however, I also use it for a good clean sound. a really great guitar for a really great price.
This is a awesome guitar. I have had mine for about a week. Compared to my strat is sounds way cleaner. It is great for metal but what do you expect its a B.C Rich. It also has a great clean channel. It is good for the price and the features are pretty good the only problem i have with it is when I got it a chip was on the bottom. But besides that its great. Go out and buy one.
I've had mine about a month now and totally love it. This may be on the lower end compared to the NJ Classics and the Exotic Classics (not that it's like the bornze series or anything)- but niether of those offer the arched top, which really makes the look of the Bich stunning. It's very light weight and the neck action is FAST. The only complaint I might offer would be the pickups - they tended to be a little muddy for my taste - so I pulled them out and installed the Rockfield SWV's that come on the Mockingbrid Special X and it sounds really great. I'm a happy man with my Arch Top Bich :)
