The B.C. Rich Warlock Bronze was my first bass. I bought one for my birthday, and I absolutely love it! I use it for heavy metal songs. I don't have an amp for it yet, so I'm using my friend's hartke. This bass has a great sound and a killer look for the stage. It is very heavy and I sometimes get tired from holding it, but that is about the only thing i dont care for. I am currently in the process of making a case for it because it is too big for any case on the market. My dad told me that i should buy another bass that maybe isn't as big, but I think you have to love what you play, and I love this Bass. I would recommend this to anybody interested in playing Bass.

This bass has a great sound and i love it, but it's too big. It's extremely heavy and really long. I bought this because of its low cost, but I can't carry it anywhere because nobody makes a case or gigbag that it fits in. To get a case for it you have to special order it through the company and it costs just as much as the bass itself. Think about it befor you buy it.

decent for beginners

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Warlock Electric Bass Guitar:

This is very heavy and awkward to play while standing. The neck is fairly thick and for players who have smaller hands or are inexperienced it can be difficult to reach all of the frets. Unless the bass is set-up exactly right many of the frets buzz. It is durable and would be worth buying if you are just getting started or need more of a short term instrument. If you play hard rock or metal it can give a decent sound. Any jazz, funk, or classic rock played on this bass will not sound very good.

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Warlock Electric Bass Guitar:

Ive played alot of BC.Rich basses and this one has good tone but the platinum bass is better than this one. It is still a good buy but if you can find a platinum it would be a better bass to buy.

...pure awesome...

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Warlock Electric Bass Guitar:

I love this thing. It has solid sound, and goes great playing anything...especially metal. The only problem is that it is massive! If you don't have a comfy strap it'll dig into your shoulder and the fact that it only fits in the b.c. rich coffin case is kinda annoying. But even with the downsides of the massiveness, it has massive sound and can pierce even the most insane shredding.

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Warlock Electric Bass Guitar:

I got this bass about a year ago and it sounds amazing. I play through an Ampeg BA115 and it rocks. the tone is awsome and i can not find a bass yet the i like better. the thing is also built like a tank becasue i have droped it and it still plays and sounds like new. the only complant that i have is that i wish the neck was thiner like a jazz bass then thick like a p bass but other then that this bass rocks!!!!!!

good studio bass

By matt

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Warlock Electric Bass Guitar:

i just bought a b.c rich warlock bronze serise and i love it, it is better for the studio for a number of reasond, 1. it is so big and a bit of a hassle to carry to shows 2. the patch cord input is on the bottom so it is easy to step on when your on stage abd pull it out 3. it is heavy and can get tiering (i thik thats how its spelt) during long sets. but definatly a great bass with great sound.

Awsome shape , ok feeling

By Ben

from Chicago

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Warlock Electric Bass Guitar:

I bought this bass, kicks serious butt in shape and sound/awsome quality. not to heavy. bad thing is its big and you need a special order case/gig bag for it. also you might need to get it adjusted, the feeling of the strings and fret/neck makes it harder to play. I would recomend this base but even hight recommend the hight level Warlock basses with Neck Through (NT). good feeling. they rune about $400-$500.

Sounds great, but the WEIGHT...

By H.Cee

from TX

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Warlock Electric Bass Guitar:

I have had this bass for a week. It sounds great, stays in tune well, looks hot, etc. The main problem I'm having is its weight. I'm a skinny chick but I'm not weak, however this Warlock is a pain to play standing up. The way the straps attach to it, and the weight of the neck, cause the bass to "tip" downward while I'm standing up, which in turn causes me to finger the incorrect fret. I'm sure this will get better with practice on my part, but I think if you are just starting out with a bass, go with something lighter.

Great bass but...

By Andrew

from Kent, WA

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Warlock Electric Bass Guitar:

This is a great bass but there are two things you're going to want to know about it. 1) It's a little heavy so you're going to either want a good strap or sit down when you play. 2) Itۡs pretty tough to find a case for. You're going to need to order the BCRCC2 Medium Case (Hard case). The BCRCC2 is basically the only case that'll fit it. Besides those two things it's a great bass.
