Overview

The B.C. Rich Bronze Series Warlock Electric Guitar sounds great and looks even better. This affordable Warlock features an agathis body, dual humbuckers, all chrome hardware, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, and the popular Warlock body design that takes center stage as soon as you strap it on.

Bolt-on Construction

Classic bolt-on construction with 4 screws to the body offers added flexibility in the instrument's adjustment and provides the option to change the neck in the future.

B.C. Rich BDSM Pickups

B.C. Rich designed their BDSM humbucking pickups to provide a solid sound and to be durable while delivering high output. BDSM stands for Broad Dynamic Sonically Matched. Which simply means that the pickup is designed to reproduce a wide range of frequencies accurately (broad dynamic). Then they are tested and matched in pairs (Neck and Bridge) by their inherent individual and signature tonal and output characteristics to give a solidly balanced tone (sonically matched).

Beveled Top
Most of B.C. Rich body styles employ a beveled edge around the shape. In many ways bevels on a top are similar to facets on a cut stone. They catch the light and reflect at different angles giving the instrument more of a three dimensional look. Some of the B.C. Rich top bevels are extreme and wide while others are subtle and narrow. Occasionally the shape of the instrument is accented by painting the bevels a contrasting color.

This is a great beginner-novice guitar. Sound is awesome. The pickups are good too. Fast neck, low action. The best feature is the the Warlock body design. This is a guitar for metal. Keep in mind though that you will have to buy a coffin case or BC Rich gig bag. I've had people suggest to buy a big bass gig bag though. I would only buy that if you just bring it to lessons and friend's houses. Awesome guitar overall!

This guitar is sick looking, sounding and playing. Kind of off balance however and the pickup switch doesn't really work as effectively as other guitars. The distortion is a little too crunchy for me, but I'm not really a huge metal fan. This guitar was my first and it got me started and it works fine for anybody learning to play at a great price.

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Series Warlock Electric Guitar:

I have owned this guitar for nearly a year and i have to say. It is a nice little neet looking guitar but the set up is not my favorite! I jam with it I recorded with it but i can never get a good pinch in. its best use it distortion. if you are looking for a pure metal distorted guitar i would say get it its cheap and nice looking. but dont expect any Les Paul sounds coming out of it

Great distortion...works as a heavy bag too

By Michael Cottrell

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Series Warlock Electric Guitar:

This thing will give you the best distortion even on a cheap acoustic amp from the 1800's. It's truly a screamo death metal masterpiece. It can also take a good beating...I bet Anderson Silva couldn't knock this thing out. I've dropped it down the stairs many many many of times, I've gotten mad and kicked it across my room, there's no number high enough for the amount of times it's fell off the strap and slammed on concrete. I've put this thing through tons of abuse for 10 years and not a thing wrong with it yet...Definetly worth the money too, I'd charge at least 850 for it

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Series Warlock Electric Guitar:

I wasn't really impressed with this guitar. I owned two of them over the years. I loved the way it looked and really wanted to like this guitar. It just was not a very comfortable guitar to play. Pick ups are weak for playing metal, didn't care for the tone, and hated the feel.

    Bronze Series Warlock Electric Guitar

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Series Warlock Electric Guitar:

Apart from the neck, it's a pretty good guitar.
Decent guitar. has all the necessities. A pain in the arse to re-string, but still decent.
Mines from 8 years ago... the neck is falling off. Seriously. Theres a big gap in between the neck and the body.

    Very good for beginners.

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Series Warlock Electric Guitar:

This guitar was my first, the one I learned everything I know now on and I would easily recommend this to a person just starting to learn to craft metal. My only issue is that it was always difficult to get to the higher pitches because of the way the neck is connected to the body however since I was learning, it wasn't that pressing to use the higher frets.

    Epic

    By Robbie Austin

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Series Warlock Electric Guitar:

I couldn't get it to stay in tune worth a crap when I first got it, but eventually, I put a set of baritone strings on and tuned it to C# standard (like Between the Buried and Me) and it stays in tune perfectly now. Plus, the pups are really great at reproducing the low end.

I do wish it had more features (locking tuners, coil-tapping, Floyd Rose, etc) but for the price..you really can't go wrong with this guitar as long as it looks the part you want!
This is a pretty run-of-the-mill guitar. 2 HBs, non-locking tuners, single volume, single tone and a 3-way switch..nothing too fancy as far as features go.
This little devil has held up to pretty much anything I can throw at her.
It's definitely a great guitar for the money! The pups sound great and it's a breeze to play. Plus it commands attention when you step onto stage! I do highly recommend a low tuning though (drop C or lower) as heavier gauge strings seem to work better and you can take full advantage of the lower frequency range of the pups.

    pretty good for beginner

    By brandon

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Series Warlock Electric Guitar:

Ok, dont get me wrong, good guitar but you can get something much better, I got this guitar used about a month ago, it has greatly helped me improve in playing, and only problems are mine only came with one pickup and the cord plug-in gets loose often, but it is easily fixed by a little turn. Only thing I don't understand is why they sell this for the same price as an original warlock when its a beginner guitar. Anyways buy it if you want a good practicing guitar and if you want to play metal and other stuff too, and no, it does not hurt your crotch to sit playing at all if your holding the bottom under your leg

    B.C. Rich Bronze Series Warlock

    By lambofgod3596

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Series Warlock Electric Guitar:

this was my first electric guitar when i upgraded from my acoustic. the acoustic just wasnt workin fer the metal i play. so i bought this. it looked metal. i didnt know a thing about electrics. didnt know what to look fer, what was good, what was bad, nothin. i just knew it looked cool. i picked it up fer $130 at a pawn shop and i think its worth what i paid. people complain about that cheap humbuckers that are in it but on my line 6 amp and even my roland 4x12, if you dial the settings in right, the pickups will have you soundin like a pro. i would have liked a floyd rose and a neck through construction, but its the cheaper series. you cant expect all that. im lookin to go out and but a B.C. Rich WMD Warbeast, which is like my dream guitar. but this is definitely a great guiatr fer starters. the action is decent, as is the sustain. the neck is amazing. theres no fade out even on the biggest of bends, and the guiatr stays in tune really well. doesnt break many strings either. ive only had to change the strings once on this guitar. so if yer just startin out, buy it. it wont disappoint.

Comments about B.C. Rich Bronze Series Warlock Electric Guitar:

I bought this guitar from this site about 4 years ago. I can tell you, its an excellent guitar for a cheap price. Everything about this guitar is great, including the tone. any metalhead and rocker will LOVE this! Its also pretty durable (all my equipment gets abused) and the body style is a definite eye-catcher! Overall, one of the best guitars I've ever owned!
