Overview

The B.C. Rich Bronze Series Warlock Electric Guitar sounds great and looks even better. This affordable Warlock features an agathis body, dual humbuckers, all chrome hardware, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, and the popular Warlock body design that takes center stage as soon as you strap it on.

Bolt-on Construction

Classic bolt-on construction with 4 screws to the body offers added flexibility in the instrument's adjustment and provides the option to change the neck in the future.

B.C. Rich BDSM Pickups

B.C. Rich designed their BDSM humbucking pickups to provide a solid sound and to be durable while delivering high output. BDSM stands for Broad Dynamic Sonically Matched. Which simply means that the pickup is designed to reproduce a wide range of frequencies accurately (broad dynamic). Then they are tested and matched in pairs (Neck and Bridge) by their inherent individual and signature tonal and output characteristics to give a solidly balanced tone (sonically matched).

Beveled Top
Most of B.C. Rich body styles employ a beveled edge around the shape. In many ways bevels on a top are similar to facets on a cut stone. They catch the light and reflect at different angles giving the instrument more of a three dimensional look. Some of the B.C. Rich top bevels are extreme and wide while others are subtle and narrow. Occasionally the shape of the instrument is accented by painting the bevels a contrasting color.

First off, this has to be one of my favorite guitars. I went into a store to compare their guitars to my B.C. Rich Warlock. Nothing came close. The warlock is the best guitar you can get for your money. I personally recommend for player with low budget. This guitar plays especially well on Crate,Fender, and Marshall amps. Overall this is a great guitar for anyone.

This guitar is good for any one hows a beginner and wants a guitar that looks cool, plays well, and sound decent. Its good for practicing but I wouldnt take on stage because its not so reliable. What i mean is that the input jack gets loose very quickly along with the volume and tone nobs. Its will stay in tune for about a song and a half. but if your looking for something to mess around with, learn on, or possibily a backup for your backup guitar this is the one you should get.

Great distortion...works as a heavy bag too

By Michael Cottrell

from Louisville, Ky

This thing will give you the best distortion even on a cheap acoustic amp from the 1800's. It's truly a screamo death metal masterpiece. It can also take a good beating...I bet Anderson Silva couldn't knock this thing out. I've dropped it down the stairs many many many of times, I've gotten mad and kicked it across my room, there's no number high enough for the amount of times it's fell off the strap and slammed on concrete. I've put this thing through tons of abuse for 10 years and not a thing wrong with it yet...Definetly worth the money too, I'd charge at least 850 for it

Very good for beginners.

By DANIEL LOURENCO

from Clifton, NJ

This guitar was my first, the one I learned everything I know now on and I would easily recommend this to a person just starting to learn to craft metal. My only issue is that it was always difficult to get to the higher pitches because of the way the neck is connected to the body however since I was learning, it wasn't that pressing to use the higher frets.

pretty good for beginner

By brandon

from paw paw, MI

Ok, dont get me wrong, good guitar but you can get something much better, I got this guitar used about a month ago, it has greatly helped me improve in playing, and only problems are mine only came with one pickup and the cord plug-in gets loose often, but it is easily fixed by a little turn. Only thing I don't understand is why they sell this for the same price as an original warlock when its a beginner guitar. Anyways buy it if you want a good practicing guitar and if you want to play metal and other stuff too, and no, it does not hurt your crotch to sit playing at all if your holding the bottom under your leg

ok for beginners

By justin

from Tupelo Mississippi

I played one of these a few times in a store, and i wasnt impressed. It felt and sounded ok for the price, but also felt very cheap. That being said I dont like the wrap around bridge. In fact, i think it is the worst invention in the history of guitars. It makes the strings high, and felt uncomfortable on the neck. The pick ups were ok with a lot of distortion, but when clean you can tell they arent very good. This guitar is good for beginners who are just starting out, but honestly most guitars at this price level arent very good. I recomend saving up and buying something a little better(without the wrap around bridge).

a very good guitar

By noahf13

from Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I've had this guitar for about a year now. Its a very good guitar and the price is very affordable. It does amazing with distortion, and stays in tune for a decent bit. The only bad thing about it is its a little heavy but over all its an amazing guitar with a good price I would recommend this for anyone.

wicked sound

By Wolf

from Pasadena Texas

There are lots of things I like about this guitar. Cool shape, fun to play, and has a wicked sound. Depending on what kind of amp you use. The only thing I dont like is the strap knobs are on the back instead of the side, so the strap knobs poke me when sitting down. So for all you black metal players, get this guitar. It rocks!

Warlock.

By Jeremy

from Texas?

I bought this guitar about 3 months ago. Its good for beginers ONLY. The finish is nice and the guitar holds together well. It doesnt stay intune for to long, but thats what you have to deal with for this price. The pickups... not good. Try to switch them out with some EMGs or duncans.

great beginner

By chris

from newcastle, pa

ive had this guitar for almost 3 years now it still plays fine its a good beginner guitar only real issues i had with it are keeping it in tuning and when i first started playing it hurt my wrists and i another thing you need to watch out for is the volume and tone knobs will start to move loosly in the guitar when you turn them and the way i fixed this was i hot glued the knobs in place inside the guitar and this also solved any future problems of the solder joints breaking
