The BBE Wah Pedal is based on a 1967 Class A circuit design that featured a unique Halo inductor which is essential to its vocal-like qualities. Players and collectors who search for vintage wah effect pedals pay a premium for these rare examples. BBE has re-engineered and custom-tuned the Halo inductor to re-create the expressive tones made famous by players like Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix. In addition, The Wah's potentiometer was designed for the ultimate dynamic sweep response. What's more, a Harmony control is added so you can custom tailor the wah to your personal taste. All components are hand-wired for the ultimate in vintage authenticity.
As with all BBE guitar pedals, the Wah features an on/off LED status indicator plus True Hard-Wire Bypass for a clean signal path when the effect is bypassed.

After playing guitar for 39 years this is the best wah I've played thru. better than crybaby, better than morley to my ears. sounds great thru my old marshall. would recommend anyone try it. indicator light is good as well, you can tell at a glance if it is on.
I had a crybaby wah that I bought back in the 70's,that I sold. I've been looking for it's replacement for a very long time, and this is it. The construction is sold, like a tank and I like the sweep and the tone of the potentiometer, it say's old school. the Harmony control lets you Fine tune what your looking for, it's not real aggressive with your tone. This one's a keeper. and it doesn't break the bank like some Boutique wahs.
this wah is great i love the sound i always hated crybabys this sucker is just so nice it feels solid and the led is great i can see it reflecting off my amp head when its on this thing is amazing it sounds great not too harsh and kick in my bbe compressor and stand back
I just picked up this wah pedal and I am starting to love it. I never use a wah pedal before. Nobody taught me how to use it. I have to learn it on my own. I set up my wah pedal with my two timer, stomp maximizer and my fender super champ amp. They are all hooked with monster cables. I recorded myself with a Zoom H4n Handheld recorder. Even though I made some mistakes after a few tries. On the final demo recording, I made one mistake that went unnoticed. I play back the recording of my A minor pentatonic demo practice session. The recording with the wah pedal showed that I could sound like a professional guitar player. This makes me very happy. This is a great investment. I would recommend this product to anybody.
