Product Information

The B.C. Rich Kerry King V features a hard Canadian maple bolt on neck, a beveled top basswood body, a rosewood fretboard with 24 jumbo frets and a KKV inlay at the 12th fret, and 2 BDSM humbucker pickups. A Kahler Tremolo and B.C. Rich BDSM pickups highlight this nicely equipped bolt on V.

Bolt-on Construction
The Kerry King V Electric Guitar uses a classic Bolt-on construction. The maple neck is bolted on with 4 screws to the body. This construction offers some added flexibility in the instruments adjustment and provides the option to change the neck in the future.

B.C. Rich BDSM Pickups
B.C. Rich designed their BDSM humbucking pickups to provide a solid sound and to be durable while delivering high output. BDSM stands for Broad Dynamic Sonically Matched. That simply means the pickup is designed to reproduce a wide range of frequencies accurately (broad dynamic). Then they are tested and matched in pairs (neck and bridge) by their inherent individual and signature tonal and output characteristics to give a solidly balanced tone (sonically matched).

Beveled Top
The Kerry King V Electric Guitar employs a beveled edge around the shape. In many ways, bevels on a top are similar to facets on a cut stone. They catch the light and reflect at different angles giving the instrument more of a three dimensional look.

NEW REVIEW - METAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This guitar is simply amazing. Even though it's a bolt on, it plays like any of the more expensive v's. The pickups are pretty good, though not nearly as good as the EMG KFK 81/85 combo. If you are looking for badass metal machine, this is for you.

Kahler? Impresive.

You know, I really never thought I would ever see, play or even find a kahler. I had almost given up hope. But now that they come standered on these monsters, I can't wait to get in and Try one! The body of the guitar is cool, the graphics are cool, the pick-ups are cool. This is must have. And its good for people (much like myself) who can't afford the higher end versions. 5/5

Heavy Metal EXTREME!

I got this guitar about three months ago and it is a incredible guitar. My dad has a Fender strat, and he said that this guitar is better. If you are a beginner i would not get this guitar, but if you've been playing for a while and love heavy metal... this IS the guitar for you!!

Great guitar

Great guitar, the change from floyd rose to kahler is a little weird at first, but no problem after a while. The pick ups are ok, but I would like a bigger output. The biggest problem I've had with this axe is finding a gig bag, but everything else rocks!
