This Axis A21 Laser Double Kick Pedal breaks through tradition with the longest and widest footboards available. Drummers can employ a greater range of movement with the symmetrical A21 Laser footboards which cantilever over the back of the base plates for increased leverage, and are 5"-wide at the base. Today's multiple stroke techniques are executed effortlessly with the extra margin of playable area, which conventional players will find to be an enhancement as well.

Laser engraving on the kick drum pedal's footboards make a smooth plane, but tactile surfaces where the laser has burned through the black anodize and created an aluminum oxide finish. The pedal's aluminum oxide has a slightly grainy tooth which allows for a nonskid surface.

A21 pedals including the laser double bass pedal have all the performance features of the Axis pedals with increased magnitude. The A21 was designed to accelerate the beater into the bass drum with greater force and velocity, and to incorporate the Variable Drive Lever for greater adjustability.

The 21° power forward beater angle has been integrated into the beater bracket to maximize the beater impact. The Variable Drive Lever settings farther forward produce a deeper footboard travel (more power), while settings aft ward result in increased speed.

Shut up, and take my money!

from St. Louis, Missouri

These pedals are flawless. Right out of the box they were easy to assemble and adjust to my liking. They can be geared to any player! They do take some time to get used to coming from a normal chain driven pedal, but in no time, my playing speed was increased by 30 bpm! If you are looking for an excellent DB pedal, look no further, Axis is the way to go!

young and proud

By Caleb Hoffman

from Franklin, Tn

I just played first out of town gig. I'm twelve years old and have been saving up some money now. After the gig I had a total of 1200 dollar which i quickly bought this with. I love it with all my heart. I play mostly funk and it has brought some fun linear patterns into my playing. It is incredibly easy to move and it comes apart to two separate pedals. The hell toe exercise is a breeze... barely touch the hell and it sets off the quick, fast hell toe sound which sounds great in all genres of playing. I highly recommend this to more advanced players especially.

So I recieved these pedals before they were released From Axis. How do i explain. these pedals are Just AMAZING. Think the price is crazy.... ITs NOT THESE ARE 100% WORTH IT. I dont think i could tell you anymore on how amazng these are. there very quick and vanuverable. the left pedal detaches so these can become 2 single bass pedals. Or keep it doubled. I honestly cant explain how in love i am with these. with all my old pedals ive mastered hheel toe and here i put a little pressure and it doubles crazy when i heel toe and when i do it hits the bass almost instantly with no heel toe. I dont even play metal and scremo alot i do but not alot. I use these pedals for really tricky Linear patterns and stuff. they make your linear patterns sound great. The beaters are nice and are awesome yet you could get some really nice beaters for these for about $22. Again I strongly encourage you to buy these pedals... STRONGLYY
