Bought this thing with Pro Tools and it has never worked right. The connections are sloppy and it goes out if you move it in the least. Creates awful noise. I tried to get Guitar Center to look at it and they refused. Probably because they know it is junk. referred me to AVID which is a joke to get through to. When you finally do, the foreigner on the other end you can not understand. I have a large useless paper weight on my desk that cost me plenty. No way of getting it replaced unless I take my chances and buy another one and put this in the new box and return which I am afraid may be another joke. Avid dropped the ball on this so I will wait to see after this review what they are going to do about it. Getting through to them I do not have time for. Do yourself a favor and save your money. This equipment is unreliable
