Comments about Audix UEM81-C Battery Powered Condenser Mic:
This mic is a decent studio condenser. I've tried using it for live acoustic guitar and the result was some feedback, use a SM57 for that. I own a pair of these mics for recording in the studio and they are good. The bass roll-off is a cool feature, and they work fantastic for drum over-heads, and also for recording the audience at live events for ambience miking.
