hands down best analog emulation on the market !!

By Earl Brackett

from Greensboro

first off this is one of the best keybeds on any MIDI board I've ever owned, it ranks with my KORG Krome workstation, it just plays like butter. second, you get flawless recreations of the best analog synths ever created in stunning detail and including new "maps" that allow amazing new patches created out of a graphic map of icons that represent sound modules within each model, this is the most innovative feature I've seen on soft synths. third, you get 3500 presets carefully tagged by Synth, genre, instrument type. etc...makes picking a root sound a snap before you add you own tweaks, finally, the integration, this uses the best parameters for creating sound mapped for easy tweaking, and you can open each synth in a full "edit mode" that lets you drill down to every painstaking nuance on the hardware version. and as a bonus, there is no better value on the market, this would be a deal at $1000 !! if you want classics and a great MIDI keyboard for your rig/studio, this is the best in class with nothing close in performance, value, or usability. Arturia has frequent updates and you get great perks for being a customer, i was sent a voucher for a FREE Obie SEM when it was released as well as free Spark Drum software !!

hated this

By scott bell

from las vegas

I bought this, and the oberheim sem-v and had a difficult time loading it. it was shutting down my pro tools (10) and wouldn't allow me to open it up. so, i uninstalled it. i tried the oberheim and got that loaded, but it wouldn't play and, again, would shut down my pro tools. as there is no customer (phone) support in the us, i had to use email, which took a few days. long story short, returned it and won't be buying anything from arturia again!if i could, i'd give this no stars.

Arturia Analog Experience

By Gary Brinkley

from Kansas City, Mo

What a great find this was! Having grown up in the 70's and being an Analog based Keyboard player this is an excellent way to get all the legendary synths of that era at an incredible price. Getting ready to purchase the FULL package.
